WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and color of your items before you finalize your purchase.

We will only consider exchanges for damages, defects, or if you received the wrong product(s) by mistake. In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo of the damaged product to info@kakeandkash.com within 48 hours after the package is received and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES?

We offer the following shipping options and times:

USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days (for orders placed by 11am PST Monday-Friday)

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be packed and ship from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

If after contacting USPS you still need assistance locating your order, feel free to contact us via our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@kakeandkash.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of the 48 hour return window cannot be returned or refunded.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped.
